Car availability can be an issue if not booked a fair way in advance.
No real difference from the other options at moranbah, however, surprised there are not more efficient ways to collect in place / maybe extra staff at peak times etc. - Neil Godber Added June 09, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hi, no worries. Unfortunately have found this location doesn't match up with the otherwise excellent quality of hertz world wide. Issues to name a few: poorly cleaned vehicles, counter generally unmanned, very difficult to contact location, no offer of substitute vehicle when primary long term rental requires service (so effectively paying for a vehicle that cannot be used) and so on.
